Unpredictable

Australia’s weather is unpredictable. There are times where temperatures in Sydney reach over 40 degrees, only to fall to 20 degrees by the weeks’ end.

We have received feedback that some of our customers previous service providers are unpredictable with the way they service their business. This can be in many ways – different service technicians every visit, visiting at different times of the day and with different levels of quality in the service provided.

At Sanokil, we send the same service technician to your site every time, who knows their way around your site. Our services are performed under stringent guidelines and include full unit exchanges – the same quality service will be received every time.

Unreliable

It is often impossible to predict the weather. Just look at how unreliable the rain has been recently, some areas have received some of the lowest rainfall in a century.

Other feedback that we have received from customers is that their previous provider was unreliable. Their washrooms were previously left for long lengths of time between services leaving them paying for services that they are not even receiving! Not all Washroom Service Providers are able to provide proof of services.

Upon request, Sanokil can provide you with a certificate of service after each visit to let you know when they have visited and serviced your washrooms. Your business will be added to a recurring schedule or “run” so that your business will be serviced at the agreed frequency.

Unexpected

Australia’s weather can throw some surprising curve balls. You just have to look at headlines such as “Australia snow: Subtropical state hit by surprise whiteouts, gales and ice”.

Nobody likes unexpected surprises when it comes to washroom services. You don’t want to find your bathroom with overflowing sanitary bins or empty soap dispensers. As well as the discomfort this causes your bathroom users, you may have difficulty organising your service providers to come and perform urgent services.

The points already mentioned above means that our services don’t come with any nasty surprises. We will work with you to come up with solutions, such as increasing your services during busy seasons, if we find that our servicing schedule is not enough to meet your needs.

Un-Loved

Terms and Conditions:

1. The free on loan dispensers will remain at all times the property of Sanokil.

2. The Customer will use these dispensers solely for the purposes of dispensing Livi® products supplied by Sanokil for a minimum period of 2 years.

3. The customer is required to place a minimum of one order every 3 months.

4. Should a breach of this agreement by the customer occur, the customer will either:

a) Return the dispensers to Sanokil and bear any costs incurred with removing and returning the dispensers to Sanokil, including returning the customers property (e.g. walls, benches) to its original condition.

b) Purchase the dispensers from Sanokil for the value specified above.

5. Sanokil will replace free of charge any dispensers which are faulty, unless these have been maliciously damaged after installation.

6. The customer (end-user) must personally sign the Dispenser Supply Agreement.
