Sanokil celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2021 and prides itself on being one of the largest privately owned and operated washroom and first aid servicing companies in Australia.

From one man in a station wagon servicing the NSW South Coast, to a national business servicing more than 16,000 companies across Australia, a lot has changed in 25 years. But some things remain the same.

Founder and CEO, Frank McKenna started the company 25 years ago. Through dedication and a lot of hard work, Frank set a benchmark in exceeding customer expectations, enabling Sanokil to experience exceptional growth and development in the decades that followed.

Frank remarked, “It’s a big milestone for our company and we’re really proud of what we’ve built and what we are continuing to build. And we’re still energetic, enthusiastic and excited for what’s to come!

“I would sincerely like to thank all our employees, clients and supplier partners, without these core people we would not exist.”

Over the past 25 years, Sanokil has evolved and changed to provide the latest in the hygiene industry to its customers and remained competitive as the sector has grown.

Sanokil’s general manager, Janelle Golding states, “The corporation has achieved a lot of success through the hard work and passion of a very dedicated team of staff. It makes me incredibly proud and grateful to head up such a professional team.”

While celebrations have had to be muted due to COVID restrictions, Golding said the company is lucky and thankful that the impact on their business has been manageable to date, particularly in comparison to other businesses and sectors that have been absolutely devastated.

So while a lot has changed, and COVID continues to change the way we live and work, some things remain the same.

From its inception 25 years ago, Sanokil grew off the back of exceptional customer service and regular and reliable services. This has been, and remains, part of Sanokil’s entrenched DNA.

1. The free on loan dispensers will remain at all times the property of Sanokil.

2. The Customer will use these dispensers solely for the purposes of dispensing Livi® products supplied by Sanokil for a minimum period of 2 years.

3. The customer is required to place a minimum of one order every 3 months.

4. Should a breach of this agreement by the customer occur, the customer will either:

a) Return the dispensers to Sanokil and bear any costs incurred with removing and returning the dispensers to Sanokil, including returning the customers property (e.g. walls, benches) to its original condition.

b) Purchase the dispensers from Sanokil for the value specified above.

5. Sanokil will replace free of charge any dispensers which are faulty, unless these have been maliciously damaged after installation.

6. The customer (end-user) must personally sign the Dispenser Supply Agreement.
